Suavecito Original Hold Pomade: Worth the hype?

I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about Suavecito’s Original Hold Pomade. It’s supposed to have a medium hold and shine, and it’s water-soluble. Has anyone tried it? Is it as good as people say? I’m looking for something that works well on all hair types.

Hey, I tried Suavecito’s Original Hold Pomade a few weeks ago and it’s been a game changer for me! The medium hold and shine are perfect for my daily style, and it really does work well on all hair types. I’ve got a mix of curly and straight hair, and it tames everything nicely without being too heavy. Plus, it washes out super easily, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for something versatile and easy to manage, Suavecito definitely fits the bill. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Agreed, Suavecito’s is solid. For a bit more shine and stronger hold, check out Johnny’s Slicks. Both are great, but Johnny’s is fully organic and has higher shine.

Quick application tip since we’ve covered the basics: apply to damp hair for extra shine, dry hair for more texture. Start with a quarter-sized amount and work from roots up for best results. This makes a huge difference in how the product performs

Something I noticed when switching to water-based pomades - they’re perfect for trying different styles throughout the day. Since they’re water-soluble, you can just dampen your hair a bit to reset and restyle without adding more product. Really handy when going from office to evening plans. Just keep a small spray bottle in your bag if you want that flexibility
